I have always felt and still feel the same way you do, then I found this little quilt shop only about 15 miles from where I live and I took some of my projects to her, and she told me that not one, no not one quilt is ugly. She gave me some pointers (which have helped so much) and she has encouraged me to keep on going. I have never taken any classes, self taught, was and still am afraid of going to them for fear of others judging my work, but it is not going to stop me from quilting and sewing. Hang in there.
