Any office supply store will have a variety of envelopes for you to choose from.
I only use the bubble ones if I have something likely to break. Otherwise I just use the ziploc bag inside a regular Kraft envelope and use plenty of packing tape to be sure it seals well and the address is protected.
Mostly I try to reuse ones I've received in the mail.
