treeseek, you will get a list of what your secret pal likes/dislikes. Then you just choose stuff from that list or put in stuff you think she may like.
Last month was my first month to do it and I think I was middle of the road on what I sent. I'm still waiting on my secret pal to let me know she got her box. Just look back on other months and see the pictures that people post as to what kinds of things to send.
