Thanks so much for your impute. I did as you suggested, but it seems no matter what day or time, the video still keeps stalling on me. I even went to www.youtube.com and clicked on help. It seems others posted the same problem, but youtube, didn't offer any help. I might try the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I got my computer there. I appreciate your trying to help... Marcine
