I used to live in Wylie, those Garland Police sure are persistent......lol
I used to get stop weekly by this one cop because I still had my Florida tags on my van. I finally told him, when I get some extra cash I will get Texas plates. But my kids and a place for them to live and food on the table was more important at the moment than new tags.
I did eventually get Texas plates, about 6 months later.
