This is what I've done so far. Not too bad considering I was flying by the seat of my pants and didn't have a clue what I was doing at the time.
Baby quilt for a co-worker. Not too bad for a first try.

T-shirt quilt (unfinished) for a friend whose father passed away last fall. She didn't want to get rid of the shirts but knew it was time. It was a good compromise.
I just wish I had the Pfaff then instead of that !@#!#$!# old Kenmore.
