The tshirt quilt really isn't as difficult as it sounds. :) Iron the interfacing to the back--use the stuff just thicker than feather-weight. Cut the large blocks--mine were 16" square. Sew the sashing. Keep your iron hot and handy because some of the interfacing will try to come loose as you're manhandling it.

If I can do it with my lack of experience, you definitely can. Grab a couple of old, worn, stained t-shirts that are ready for the trash bin and experiment. :) I think you'll be surprised at how well the stretchy material behaves with the stuff ironed to the back.
