I just made my first one two weeks ago for my granddaughter's American Girl doll. I also embroidered the doll's name on the quilt and my granddaughter went ape over it. She just turned 9. I made it with left over fabric from her quilt from 2 years ago; so now her doll's quilt matches. I was also thinking yellow if you want it to stand out more. It is really pretty and they are so easy to make. I will do more of these.
Oh what a good idea ;) I was thinking of making my granddaughters to match her bed.. this one is for my daughters friends..daughter. wow that is confusing;) I will make more too ;) FUN !! and quick.
