I want to use a quilt block pattern from Quilters Cache website. Does anyone know when they say a block is a 12" is that the finished size so it's actually 12 1/2" prior to installation or is it a 12" that would finish at 11 1/2?
Trying to get started on one, but need this answered a.s.a.p. because I'm tight on the fabric I want to use. I guess I could build one out of paper first.
Just hoping some of you have used them and know what they mean.
