I think that I would put some of the things that you are considering downsizing into totes and in the garage for a little while. When you finish "shopping" through the totes in a few months for the things that you need, then dispose of them. I think if space allows this is a great idea, might sort some as you go, tools, lg fabs, sm fabs, good grief this is U, just finished makes it feel better, Donating to a charitable may help! Once area is sparkly cleared. reshop, in your stash may find treasures!
