Hmmm... I have adapted cross stitch patterns to filet crochet, and tapestry crochet before, but had to limit how many colors could be in the pattern for them. A small redwork or toile type cross stitch pattern might be something to try to adapt to quilting when my point matching gets a little better. Gives me something to aspire to I guess. That quilt is just stunning.
