Why don't you postpone 3.0 until after Christmas and just make this a winter/spring Swap? You need to take care of you...no stress until after you have recovered.
I understand the desire to "keep the swap going" but it sounds like "us regulars" need a break, too. We will all be here when you come back and you can keep in touch with us by us all talking on this thread.
Just my thoughts, you are very important and need all your strength and courage focused on yourself. You only have 1 YOU.
