I'm the buyer and it didn't come with the instruction manual. I doubt that the seller has the manual because of the condition the machine arrived to me. Busted light, wrong needle, etc. I got it threaded, it sews very quietly and nice. That's all I was looking for -- only paid $18.00 for it. I was just curious.
