I would like to make a sampler quilt designed around the experiences of my family over the last 25 years. I am asking my children to give a list of their favorite memories we have had as a family. I am not sure if I want to applique the blocks or use different blocks to just represent an activity or time in our lives. For example...Log Cabin Block to represent our years of camping, etc. I don't know the names of many blocks, just the more common ones. If anyone could help with the names of the many blocks to help me with my new project I would appreciate it. Thanks so much....
