All of the above;> I used what struck my fancy. On this one, I used a mix of solids, prints and mottled/hand dyed look. All 100% cotton, LQS quality For others I've used batiks too. I would actually suggest that you do mix them up. It wouldn't look as interesting IMO if you used all batiks, all prints etc. Throw in some contrast to make it more visually attracting!
