Are there any special techniques for machine sewing the binding onto the quilt? I'm not talking about the initial sewing TO the binding; I'm talking about once that is on and you have to sew it down to the backing. I have peripheral neuropathy in my fingers and have no feeling in my fingertips. I am having a terrible time doing it by hand. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
