Al through I have had it for a while I have only used it for Emboridery. But since I have been making HGT and FG with it I have enjoyed sewing on it. Do you have the knee lever and the needle down. If so try putting the presser foot down and putting the needle into the fabric if that doesn't work try what i had menchant in an earlier message.
