I did a search and none of the topics on this subject had what I was looking for. I had been collecting this fabric line in order to make a very special quilt for my DIL, who after having me for a mother in law for 7 years, deserves one. Quilt, not another mother in law. Anyway I found this very old fabric website and they had some of the fabric that was extremely aged. I bought it of course. But it's so old that it's positively stiff. It's so stiff with age that I am even afraid to wash it. I would appreciate any of the "thought" police to possibly give me guidance on using this fabric. Or not using it. I do have new fabric which I'm sure will be worth it, bu darn, I really had hoped this particular fabric would be amendible to being cut up and resewn ago. Thooughts, Idea's?????
