I know a little old man that repairs machines for the salvation army store and he has a load of machines, he's the one with the Wheeler/Wilson one we looked at (what a gorgeous one) I'll see him again soon or talk to him on the phone and I'll ask him if he has a source.

That would be fantastic! I got the belt on the Singer 9w (Wheeler/Wilson) and it seems to work great without thread!

Billy I am so glad you mentioned that the wheel of this machine goes backwards -- I probably would have broke something before I figured it out!

On a lighter note -- I CAN TREADLE and SEW -- this in on the Singer Model 15. The Model 15 is very easy to treadle and it sews perfect stitches!

My Singer 127 also sews perfect stitches once I get it going -- that is the part that is still hard for me!
