I guess I just like florals, paisley, TOT a lot better. However, I do have some large prints that might even be considered Hawaian.
My quirk comes in that I'm bugged if straight lines are crooked. Some of my girls say that makes it "folksy".
I suppose that is why I haven't used all the plaids I've put into my stash. When I was in high school and college clothing classes, the straight of grain was pounded and ground into our brains so much that I am "very aware" of things off-grain. Some things don't bother me (for instance the border that was off a little on a previous post), but plaids off grain drive me bananas. I would have to fussy-cut those. Hence my big stash of plaids.
