You def. need to see a Dr as soon as you can. Milk is soothing to the eye but will not help the infection. Salt water will kill germs & some bacteria but burns like the devil. Warm Salt Water compresses to the eye may help. As everyone else has said, you have to be extremely cautious about not infecting your other eye. Samilisan or something like, that makes an OTC eyedrop for Pink Eye. I battle eye allergies that often goes into an infection every year & it is so not fun! Just the pits. I feel for you! HUGE HUGS
