You can make a dozen pretty easily once you gather the materials. I think this is a great project for a sleepover, birthday party, bored kids, scouts, etc. The materials are not expensive & you get to use some of the great stuff in your stash.
The creative people here are so nice to share...very cute and what a quick/cute gift this would make.
