Pneumonia is the pits----the meds will make you get better, but it takes time, rest, and fluids as well. Why in heavens name were you mowing a neighbors yard? You should not be doint anything strenuous at all. That in itself could have caused a set back---you made your body work hard and it needs all the strength to fight the infection.
