For a quilting get-together, I suggest Pine Tree Quilt Shop in Salem. They have a classroom that can be rented for a few hours for pretty cheap! Plus the store is just plain FABULOUS.

But if some are traveling and coming into the area, they would not necessarily have their machines and WIP's with them.

So, there's a fabulous quilt shop in Salem. I'll have to check that out. I always go to one in Ipswich. It's small, quaint and I just like the ride. My husband is so good to me. He drives, dogs in the back and they all take a nap while I shop :D
