Two ladies in our church have quilted for years and started up a quilting/sewing group. We call ourselves "The Slap Happy Baptist Threaders" - I just love the name! :) I joined and fell in love with quilting right away. I started making my first quilt - a rag quilt - right after our first meeting. I've made 10 quilts since then. They may not always be perfectly straight, but they are definitley done with a lot of love!
