Remember that these measurements are for the 4 square you get - NOT the finished pinwheel.
2" squares = 1" HST
2 1/2" = 1 1/2
3 1/2 " = 2"
4" - 2 1/2
5" = 3 1/2
6" = 4
7" = 4 1/2
8" = 5"
8 1/2 = 5 1/2
9" - 6
10" - 7
I did find it easier to trim all my corners after I pressed when I was making small size for a 3" finished pinwheel.
Thankyou so much for the info and the tute was excellent however could you please explain your formula in more detail, which measurement is for the square 1st or 2nd and what does HST stand for.
