I make individual biscuits with muslin backing, cut a slit in the back and stuff them very lightly, then sew up the slit.
Next I sew them in rows, then put the rows together. Then I back the whole thing with my backing fabric,,quilt in the ditches. Not too hard and what a beautiful warm quilt when you finsih
