Yes, my favorite is about an hour away. They let me drool all over their store, stay as long as I want, help me if I need it or leave me alone if I don't. They let me pull out bolts and pile them to the ceiling to play with them. They even "babysit" my DH while I shop! I love it that I can call her when I've forgotten to get something and she will so sweetly just drop it in the mail for me! They are very nice, encouraging & supportive and have all the niceties like the sew & tell sessions, lots of classes (some for free)...just wish I lived closer so I could go to those.
