I have a few more examples. The Friendship star is just a reminder to me to be more careful wtih sewing. LOL I use a card making program and print them before cutting out the frame.. I got one of those square paper punches at Joanns or sometimes I cut out the openings with an Xacto knife.
The spool of thread is also very easy to make.
