I'm a newbie on this board too. I'm almost a quilter (in Edmond), but just recently put two quilts in our local guild show. One was in the first quilt category and received a honorable mention, so there you are.
Welcome to the board and back to OK. I don't know how far north you are, but know there is a guild in Ponca City. Guilds are so great for answering questions by other members and giving inspiration.
