Hi Lynn, Thankyou for your welcome reply...I am a fairly basic quilter with only 2 terms of lessons of which included applique. It has been some years ago and so now I am trying to revise by doing a xmas runner with xmas trees on it. Just blanket stitch around them..They dont look too bad but I am looking for a few more xmas patterns for table runners to make as gifts for xmas....Do you have any ideas Best wishes Lorraine
