I'm not Billy, but I'll jump in here and say it's fairly hard to find the treadle base for these, so keep that in mind if that's what you're thinking about. Although it LOOKS like it might have been a treadle, that's an electric machine, and has been from the start. The pedal actually controls the motor.
There are a fair number of industrial treadles out there, so if you're wanting one, keep looking and one will show up.
