You can make all the phone calls you want. . . hiring help is the last priority at JoAnn Fabrics. I live in Niles, Ohio and the girls there are, ringing out customers for 10 minutes, cutting material for 20 minutes, putting away bolts, straightening for 20 minutes, helping customers in between all of that. Now that would work if there WERE MORE THAN 2 EMPLOYEES in the store. I don't blame the girls. They bust their butts and it is very obvious to customers that corporate greed needs to take a step back and consider the reason the front door opens every morning; the customer's satisfaction. It is too easy to shop online nowadays for yarn, fabric, thread etc. and I can see complete lines instead of just what 1 store carries
