You are absolutely right about what is happening at Joann's. Everything they do is based on what happened a year ago. I wonder if they realize that things were different a year ago. Just look at the prices and people out of work since last year. Really the only way to get results is to dump emails on Joann headquarters. The stores have no choice but to do what they are told. These people don't want to lose their jobs either.

Keep on emailing Joann's to tell them that you are not satisfied with the service you are getting. It seems to be in all the stores.
