While I realize they are complying with govt regs, it feels like bait and switch...looks like a single serving! Im a grown up, just tell me the thing has 330 calories and three days of sodium, dont try to trick me.
Off my soapbox! ;)
You are sooo right!! What a PITA! I have to watch those things pretty closely or I will eat a ton of calories. I did that with sunchips this week. I ate many servings of them. I just didnt read that part that said 11 chips was a serving. Ugh. Oh well.
I have not had a great week for exercise but I have done pretty well on the eating. I just hope I have dropped a bit from when I was on vacation. I will be seeing the doc for a weigh in next week.
Also, I am SOOO ready for the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis (not far from me) to be over! It has been a solid week of nonstop roars of the bikes coming into and out of the gas station behind my house. I know it brings lots of money into my community but enough really is enough.
Oh well, my turn to step off the soapbox!
