I stopped selling on ebay a few years ago because of all the nonsense!
a seller can't leave negative feedback to a buyer unless they have not paid.
if they do you can report them and have the feedback removed
very easy to do.
But as a seller you can't have it removed
My sister still sells there and has had some problems with negative feedback- an ex bought items and immediately left 4 negative feedbacks- never even paid for the items and ebay would not remove them- this caused her to pay higher percentages to ebay as a seller and they can limit the number of items that you sell
basically it is ebay making money
I won't buy or sell there again!
