Good news! As of right now seller agrees his remarks were uncalled for and he apologized - sort of. We agreed to not leave any feedback on each other and the matter will be behind us when I ship machine next week, he receives, returns all monies to me. Thanks for all your advice. Glad neither of us lost our cool over this and it didn't get ugly. We shall see what occurs next week and in the meantime, I will begin looking for another 1955 and stick with a FW.
