I have been on HRT for 28 yrs. My Dr took me off of them this past March & I have flashes something terrible. They are getting somewhat better, but I would love to go back on the HRT. She seems to think it is healthier at 57 to not be on them. Trying to tough it out. That is the only thing the pills helped with.
