Wish we had a Hancocks here. I read so much about the wonderful things people find there. :cry: I am not worried about them being exactly Civil War, just kind of the same look. I actually like a little brighter colors than what they probably had.

I think your idea of a quilt to honor your g-g-grandfather is FABULOUS! I hope you will post pics of your progress. :lol:
