I'm afraid I wouldn't classify any of them as civil war era reproductions, but that's just my opinion mind you. :oops: The reds and blues are way too bright, the greens are closer, but all of the patterns are off. This website has accurate repros that you can look at by color. Take a look at the shades and patterns and compare them to yours. http://www.civilwarfabrics.com/pages...llfabrics.html Just remember, the quilt police will not come looking for you if you use fabrics that you like regardless of period authenticity! :wink:

edit: wow, that sounds way too harsh--not my intention at all. The first green and the last two are good, and the last two reds are close. Muted, duller colors were all they could get from the dyes of the time.
