Thanks for the reminder! Also thanks for asking how I feel. Fibro is still kicking my butt but I try to just keep going.
On bad thing right now though is trouble sleeping. It's like a vicious circle, the worse you feel, the harder it is to sleep....the less you sleep, the worse you feel...aaarrrggg..................
