Went to the flea market to buy a cantelope. The first stand I went past had this quilt. She only wanted $3.00 for it! She had made it in the 1990's, but really didn't like it much. {the quilt or the process} I said that I would buy it and enjoy it very much! I got her name so I could make a label for it. I couldn't wait to show it off to my quilt friends when I went to my grandaughter's 2nd birthday party. My 9 yr old grandaughter grabbed it almost everyday while here before school started the 9th. I miss my dgd's when school starts, can't wait till the next school break.
