I posted this under Buttercream's family reunion topic, but it's a really good dessert so here it is under recipes.

Mountain Momma Mud Slide

1/2 C. margarine, softened
1 C. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
2 C. cold milk, (whole milk)
1 C. flour
1 C. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. whipped topping

Combine margarine, flour and pecans in bowl. Mix well. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand until cool. Cream confectioners' sugar and cream cheese in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Combine pudding mixes and milk in bowl; mix well. Layer half the cream mixture, pudding mixture and remaining cream mixture in prepared pan. Chill for 1 hour.

Instead of using pecans I used walnuts, just b/c that was what I had on hand. Then, I sprinkled some on top so if someone was allergic to nuts, they'd know right away there was nuts in it. I don't think anyone was b/c it was almost completely eaten...lol. (I took it to my family reunion this past Saturday).
