Thank you for for your kind words. Karen Stone recommends leaving all the paper on until it is totally put together (otherwise she states something terrible will happen LOL). I left the paper on which was really almost impossible but I think her thoughts are to keep the paper on to stabilize it and help prevent stretching. Karen Neimeyer however recommends removing all the paper before joining all the pieces together which I did on my latest quilt Japanese Fans and it was fine. I starch and press the hell out of everything before I remove the paper.
