Henry, we as military families have done this with numerous BIG companies, as well as smaller ones. They won't change their minds. It's their loss, they could be reaping the revenue that we are spending elsewhere at times.
But, I will always check the shipping charges. If it's an enormous amount, such as one company had, I will e-mail them and let them know my dislike. Usually, they will change their minds.
