FOUR BEAN CASSEROLE

1 CAN LIMA BEANS 4 LARGE ONIONS
1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS 1/3 CUP VINEGAR
1 CAN PORK & BEANS 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CAN BUTTER BEANS* 1 TABLESPOON DRY MUSTARD
1 LB BACON**

COOK TOGETHER BACON,ONIONS, VINEGAR, BROWN SUGAR & MUSTARD.

SIMMER 20 MINS. ADD ALL BEANS. BAKE IN LARGE CASSEROLE DISH FOR 2 HOURS @ 325 DEGREES. SERVES 10-12

• I SOMETIME SUBSTITUTE NORTHERN BEANS, ANY SIZE.

** I PREFER FARMER JOHN’S END CUTS.
