I bought some of those suction cup ruler holders at HFT. They were in the automotive department, used for putting in windshields. I think it was less than $8. I also got one of the smaller ones for 2.99, but can't remember where that was at in the store, it wasn't near the big one.
I got the little one also. I found it where the handles for the bathtubs were.
