I am rethinking the tieing it part now. I just called the local quilt shop that I have used with past quilts. She gave me an approximate cost for quilting and batting...Approx. $90 to quilt, and $25-$40 for batting. Since I have not put any money really into this quilt so far (all left over scraps from other quilts I've done) I don't think that is tooooo bad, is it? I wonder if I can get the batting at Joann's a bit cheaper? I really like the work that these ladies have done on my quilts in the past. And I really don't mind supporting small businesses....

More input ? :)
It's such a beautiful quilt, I would definitely pay to have it quilted....Sounds quite reasonable to me!!! :D
