It's a fantastic quilt. Personally, I'd either buy backing and batting and tie the quilt, or save up until you can have it quilted the way you want. I think it's too classy to have a fleece back, and I'm not sure it would stand up the way you'd want it to. Good luck! I'll be interested to see what you decide. I love the quilt! The only LAQ within a few hundred miles of me would certainly charge between $450 and $600 just to quilt a King size quilt. Additional charge for batting, backing and thread. You've got a great deal, sounds like. Congratulations on a wonderful piece of work!
