If you are using a Windows machine, try the Internet Explorer web browser and go to the site. You should get "Open", "Save", or "Cancel" as your three options.
The problem might be Chrome.

Thanks Aardie, I tried it in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and MSN. I don't have Internet Explorer. But I was able to get it. Someone sent it to me. Thanks again.
